# Connector logs

There are Java (LDAP, Linux, Script, etc.) and PowerShell (AD, Azure, etc.) connectors. Java connectors are on the OpenIAM side, and their logs can be viewed the same way as any other OpenIAM service. For instance, to **check logs** in an RPM environment you can use the following command: `openiam-cli log <service_name>`.

Here, instead of \<service name> you can use the connector name.

```bash
openiam-cli log connector-file-name
```

Accessing connector logs can help with connector troubleshooting in the event of a failure.
